During the charging process, due to the external voltage of the battery, the electrons in the vicinity of the positive current collector move to the negative electrode under the electric field. After reaching the negative electrode, they combine with the lithium ions in the negative electrode material to form a local electrical neutral storage in the graphite gap. The surface of the negative electrode that consumes a part of lithium ions has a low lithium ion concentration, and a difference in ion concentration is formed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The SEI film on the surface of the negative electrode is a passivation film formed when the electrolyte contacts the negative electrode material for the first time. Its presence protects the negative electrode material from further corrosion by the electrolyte, and at the same time allows lithium ions to enter and escape. 


How to improve the low temperature performance of lithium iron phosphate battery
For grouped lithium batteries, there must be a protection system for charging and discharging during use, that is, monitoring for charging and discharging. The number of cycles of a normally used lithium battery pack is determined by the shortest life in this group, but has little effect on the overall. If one of them has a problem, replace it with a single one.

Secondly, the parallel connection is also affected by this short-board effect. Third, the 36V battery packs are normally connected in series with 12 blocks. If large capacity is used, more batteries are connected in parallel. 11 blocks can also be used as 36V, but the parameters of the protection system must be specifically set.
